Research Of Instructional Design Based On The Learning Styles Of Adult Learners Under Information Environment

With the rapid development of modern society, the concept of lifelong educationwidely disseminated, more and more adults learning lifestyle choice, to enrich themselvesin the study. In recent years, the rapid development of information technology advances andcomputer networks become a concern to make the network learning approach to learning.Popularity of wireless and information receiving terminal network provides adult learnersare not limited to time, is not limited to the convenience of location; at the same time, thenetwork has changed the traditional classroom teaching in a single teaching method, thesame drawbacks teaching schedule, purpose in the different characteristics of each learner,provide personalized learning progress and learning needs, so that each learner can fullautonomy. Therefore, the study of adult learners online education has its reality.Development of education and teaching theory and progress of online education areclosely related. Development of the theory of teaching experienced learner-centeredphilosophy from the initial teacher-centered learning concept to after, went to teacher-led,student body learning concept is widely recognized educators. To truly student-centeredteaching, teachers need to understand students’ learning styles and learning preferences, andtake full advantage of multimedia in the instructional design for different students to helppromote student learning. The traditional network teaching is not seen as the center of theeducational process to the learner, but traditional classroom teaching mode in the networkenvironment of mechanical imitation, teaching can not be based on the characteristics ofeach learner. Therefore, the study of online teaching system based on learning styles oflearners were necessary.Therefore, to fully understand and consider learners’ learning styles, instructionaldesign for different learning styles in order to allow more targeted instructional design;online learning system, the use of full consideration of learners learning style instructionaldesign strategies to make online learning system better meet the learning needs of adultlearners. In this paper, the theory of teaching and learning styles and modern distanceeducation has combed the literature, studies carried out under the guidance of instructionaldesign based Memletics learning style theory of multiple intelligences theory, the adultlearners’ learning styles are divided into seven categories, based on different learning stylesdesigned for each learning style of presentation content and teaching materials, teachingmethods and learning styles of adult learners based on online teaching system functionaldesign, detail the functional modules of the system, using the framework design softwareframe Box draw system interface diagram, through prototyping software Pencil system interface design and software interface prototypes drawn map, and then use AdobeDreamweaver web development software static web design, software functions aresimulated.
