Research On The Class Cadre Management System In Secondary Vocational School

In the existing system of occupation education, vocational school’s function is totransport and technical talents for the society. Based on the secondary vocationalstudent occupation career development, they should possess not only the technicalskills, but also the interpersonal skills and abilities to deal with the problems, which isalso the requirement of training high quality technical talents. For a secondaryvocational school, how to cultivate the high quality and new practical talents is animportant task to be solved. In this paper, I take Tianjin Port management specializedsecondary school for example. The results show the main problems of the class cadremanagement including: They do not establish a effective link among schools, familiesand society; The original student cadres management system can not be with the times;The head teachers’ capability is limited; The class cadres is lack of self-managementconsciousness and so on. On the basis of this research, I propose some suggestionsand countermeasures for the class cadre management system in secondary vocationalschool.The paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the problems on the class cadremanagement system:The first chapter is introduction. This part elaborates the topic from the purpose,method, research background, research significance.The second chapter is literature review. This part introduces the current studentcadre management and related experience.The third chapter is case study. This part elaborates the problems on the classcadre management system according to the survey of the sample student cadresmanagement system.The fourth chapter is the reason analysis. This part deeply analyze the problemson the class cadre management system.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure. This part improving the quality ofmanagement, the reforming of management, teachers, students and security system,inorder to effectively improve the levels of the class cadre management system insecondary vocational school.
