Research On Education Of College Students’ Values In Perspective Of Emotional Capital

Mood, emotion has always been to promote individual to obtain a competitiveadvantage. Emotion is a kind of capital to individual. In schools and organizations,emotional capital plays an important role in our intelligence and knowledge, improvingof inner quality.Capital can bring value to us, so it is emphasized on how individualscan be able to use emotional capital. Therefore, the concept of emotional capital isintroduced into the education mechanism of in the contemporary college students, andexcavated the emotional capital of them, making use of emotional capital to serve foreducation of college students’ values, and make their knowledge, beliefs, and valuesdeveloped towards the most lofty goals. the dialectical relation of emotional capital andthe values show that the change of personal feelings and influence can transfer,strengthen the people to the outside world things of value evaluation to some extent.Therefore, the educators of college should fully realize the the role of emotional capitalin college students’ values,and it is is necessary to deal with students’ values educationunder the vision of emotional capital.First, this paper raises the concept of emotional capital, development course,function characteristics and the concept of college students’ values and college students’values education, and evolution of college students’ values and college students’ valueseducation, and analyze the relationship between the values and emotional capital. Thenadopt the method of questionnaire survey, I got a lot of first-hand information throughdata analysis, I concluded that current situation of emotional capital and the influence ofemotional capital on the education of college students’ values. Then according to them,Iput forward the concrete measures of college students’ values education of the horizonof emotional capital. Finally this paper also prospects the trend of emotional capital inthe study of college students’ values. In this article,the biggest innovation is that study the education of college students’values from the perspective of emotional capital. This is a new perspective andmethod,it takes new challenges and opportunities to the education of College studentsValues.With the purpose of broadening the perspective of students’ values, andexploring the role of emotional capital on the values of education of college students,then make The person’ mood，emotion becomes the strong force of education of collegestudents’ values.
