With the increasing expansion of the scale of higher education in our country at theend of the90s and the early part of the20th century,it comes into the world recognizedpopularization stage. National Education Reform and Development of Long-term PlanningPrograms for2010to2020proposes to optimize structure layout and improve the modernlevel of education depend on improving the scale stably. The competition among colleges isincreasingly fierce, the basis of competition is comprehensive strength and the key to itssuccess or not is the core competence,which in colleges comes from the execution ofdevelopment planning and strategy,variety of construction programs,rules and regulations.Without execution no one can succeed as well as the competence without executive ability.Culture is the motive power of development and the essence of the formation of corecompetence. School culture determines colleges’ growth progress and development trendand all the successful colleges have their special and positive school culture.It holds that executive culture is an important part of school culture and thecomprehensive reflection of all the teachers and students’ endeavor to make the goal cometrue. Without excellent execution culture execution can not be that good and the collegesalso can not develop healthily and rapidly. To keep up with the competition and leap ahead,colleges must construct positive execution culture. Nowadays, colleges pay more attentionto the executive culture and achieved a bit. But there are several problems here like theinaccurate subject positioning, imperfect system and process and the different culturalidentity. To solve these problems and construct an excellent executive culture, collegesmust perfect the executive team, create the scientific management system and cultivate thepositive and healthy cultural atmosphere to promote the construction and inheritance ofexecutive culture.To prove the viewpoint of the thesis, in the last part, it will take T University as anexample to analyze how to construct executive culture specifically, which aims to putforward the idea of how to construct an excellent executive culture and go it down, whichdepends on the reality of the college. While pursuit development, colleges should constructexcellent executive culture actively to move everything in it goes well.
