With the enrollment expansion of the university and the promoting of popularization ofhigher education, the graduate employment has become worse. The labor market indicatedthat, oversupply is a long-term problem which Jiangxi Province faced, we should expand thedemand. Jiangxi Province has been implemented many policies, encouraging and guidingcollege graduates employment to urban and rural grassroots, encouraging graduatesemployment to small and medium-sized enterprises, non-public enterprise, encouraging andsupporting the college graduates self-employed. But whether it truly effective promotingemployment of university students is worth studying.Firstly, predicted the number of college students in future in Jiangxi by gray predictionmethod, and understanded the needs of employment in future, and analyzed the supply anddemand gap at the same time, thus indicating that the question of lacking of demand foremployment policy. And then promote the implementation of policies by analyzing thesituation in Jiangxi current employment needs in order to review the current major policyeffect. Finally, trying to implement the effect of the policy in Jiangxi Province.On the onehand, questionnaires1301university graduates of2015session and previous graduates39universities in Jiangxi, combined with case interviews, starting from the awareness andsatisfaction of policy in order to system analysis the evaluate on the employment policies, andthen present their satisfaction factors, use the analysis of variance of the college studentswhether there are significant differences in the policies of awareness and satisfaction at thesame time; on the other hand, through interviews for SMEs, human resources and SocialSecurity Department of Labor and Employment Authority, understanding the levels ofawareness and satisfaction for the policy, in order to evaluate the effect of the policyimplementation.The results showed that:(1) It exsits low awareness of the policy of students andcorporate because of the policy advocacy is not in place;(2) It exsits positively relationshipbetween policy awareness and satisfaction of college students, but the main reason for thesatisfaction of policy are the advocacy is not in place, the bidding process is too complicated,the difficult to apply for accreditation, it is visible that policy advocacy is not in place, lack ofenforcement of policy leads to low satisfaction;(3) It exsits significant differences in policyawareness between different universities’ student, students from211engineering schools inthe highest policy of awareness, independent colleges and high students vocational tertiaryinstitutions a minimum level of understanding of the policy;(4) There are significantdifferences majors awareness of the primary employment policies, the grammar majors have the highest recognition, the medical school students policy is the lowest awareness. Inaddition, there were no significant differences between college students in the policies ontheir own businesses.Through the above analysis, and learn from the valuable experience of foreign policy, wepropose the following recommendations in order to promote employment:(1) developingentrepreneurial awareness, and implement their own business policy;(2) increasing the policyadvocacy efforts to improve awareness of the policy;(3) strengthening policy enforcementand enhancing the policy satisfaction;(4) improve the docking mechanism of government,businesses and schools in order to develop the formation of a unified communicationplatform.
