| Honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, and it is also the main symbol of comprehensively improving the overall quality of college students. Honest consciousness, honest behavior, and honest quality related to the formation of social civilized fashion, socialism, establishment of harmony society, and the Chinese nation future in one sense. So, honesty applied as life noble pursuit, fine quality behavior, and conducting fundamental principle, continuously improving efficiency of honesty education, it is for cultivation of socialism qualified builders and reliable successors, and it is also the important theoretical and practice value for cultivation and practicing of socialism core values, and which is why we chose this theme.This paper analyzed the students honest education identity inefficiency inner and outer reason and main reason by questionnaire survey of different levels of students, based on the theory of human subjectivity and human integrated development of Marxism, inherited of Chinese traditional honest virtue and western honest basic ideology, put forward the basic principle of college students identity efficiency, and based on all these, discussed the basic strategy of college students identity efficiency from three aspects:first, precisely grasp vital link of college students honest education identity efficiency, exploding utilitarianism of study, randomness of association, and blindness of job selection. Second, correctly dealing with primary relationship of college students honest education identity efficiency, which is the relationship of heteronomy and self-discipline, society requirement and self choice, and theoretical cognitive and practice experience. Third, setting up implementation mechanism of honest education identity efficiency, which the students honest guiding, evaluation, and incentive mechanism should be set up by school. By analysis and research, it shows all-round improvement of their overall quality for strengthening of supplying the theoretical support and methodology for students honest education identity efficiency, which is main task of college political and ideological education, and it is also the important guarantee for them healthy grow-up, to be success, and determined to be talented. |
