The Study On Innovation Mode Ideological And Political Education For Medical Students

With the30years’ development of reform and opening-up, China hasentered the new historical period of social transformation. People’sideological and moral concepts of self and social values are in a diversifiedsituation, and the complicated external environment has a great influence inthe university campus. Medical students, an important part of students’population, their ideological and political education is also facedunprecedented new situations, new problems, new shocks, new pressuresand new challenges. In background of carry through the18th CPC NationalCongress and in the situation of deepening the reforms in an all-round way,it’s a significant research faced in the ideological and political constructionto study how to effectively improve the ideological and political educationof medical students, to build a suitable mode of education for medicalstudents based on their own characteristics, and to enhance thetimeliness, pertinence and validity in medical students’ ideological andpolitical education.This paper did a comprehensive analysis on education background andthe present situation of the current ideological and political education for medical students. This paper is aiming at studying the medical students’ideological and political education by combing with the knowledge ofpedagogy, management, psychology, sociology and related theory andmaterials and by using method of literature research, expert consultation,questionnaire We are ready to explore new modes of ideological andpolitical education for medical students and propose countermeasures inorder to establish a teaching system which is focused on medical students’comprehensive development, to be guided with the development of andsocial needs, to be directed by modern educational thought and philosophy,to aim at high quality of service. In addition, based on innovation,diversification and flexibility of practice, we hope to improve the quality ofeducation for medical students, expect to deepen the medical and healthsystem reform and to provide human resources, intelligence support,theoretical and practical reference for promoting the development ofChina’s medical and health services.
