Since the higher education system to transfer from “elite highereducation”to“mass higher education”in china. The university students’academic interests and their aspiration of curiosity have declinedobviously in some universities. Due to the lagging reform of college classteaching, university students begin to lose interest in it. At the sametime, online study, such as the network video public course, MOOC, hassprang up which provides the important opportunities for teaching reform.In this situation, the combination of online study with face-to-face classteaching will be an inevitable reform trend of current class teaching. Howto combine these two sides to improve teaching quality and decline teachingcost, this will become a common-concerned topic in the world.This research analyzes how to make use of high-quality internet courseresources to carry out teaching reform base on the blended learning. Inthe section of theory research, firstly the author summarizes thedefinitions of blended learning in and abroad, and defines the blendedlearning in this research. Secondly the author comments on the researchof blended learning in and abroad. Thirdly the author explains thetheoretical bases of blended learning. As is known, blended learning hasbecome one kind of popular study method all around the world. Many scholarsdo a lot of research on it and get some achievements. This thesis statesthat experts and education determiners in many countries all agreed thatblending learning is a better combination of traditional face-to-faceclass and online study, a main trend of education development in theinformation age and has a better effect than traditional face-to-face classand online study. With the rise of open education resources, free openingof high-quality resources and MOOC class, the online learning in ourcountry has a big boom in recent years. The researches on blended learningbecome more and more and they are especially applied to the teaching reformin universities. In practical section, In order to learn abroad blended learningexperience,in this study,On the basis of combing the concept of blendedlearning carried out case studies。First of all,Analyzed the CanadianMcMaster university ‘introduction to psychology’ course blendedlearning case, The character of this case is online lectures Combined theclassroom teaching, teaching curriculum content more richer, More diverseforms. Secondly, analyzes a successful case of blended learning inUniversity of Florida in the USA. The character of this case is based onthe concept of blended learning teaching design is very perfect, emphasizesthe application form and the learning community learning theories,especially the theory of metacognition. From the cases study gets threepoints: firstly, Implementation of blended learning needs to create apleasant learning environment; secondly, blended learning needs to designeffective teaching; thirdly, Introduction of external quality open networkresources, Provide high quality learning resources for students.On the basis of case studies and literature research this researchcarries out the reform of blended learning in two courses according to twomodels of blended learning base on the case study and document study. Theselective class ‘The Psychology of Happiness’ is a practice class baseon blended learn in traditional teaching which will last for one semester.Due to the large number of the students, they are not advance informed thisblended learning. During the class, there are no questionnaires but theobservation to calculate, interview and students’ evaluation. Thisresearch suggests this blended learning improve students’ interests,attendance rate and their participation in class. The specialized classof education technology ‘Modern Distance Education’ is mainly a practicebase on MOOC which will also last for one semester. Through analyzingstudents’ learning condition by questionnaires before the class, thequestionnaire of class quality after the class and the interview, studentsshow their satisfactions to this blended learning. Students’ independent learning ability has been greatly improved, and their passing rate riseabove preconceived level but their cooperative learning are not obvious.In short, this blended learning has a good applicability in the universityclass. Meanwhile, in order to improve the instruct ability of blendedstudy and gain direct experience of online learning, the author’sindependent learning ability has been improved and receives certificationsfor four MOOC courses. The author’s experience shows that blended learninghas an advantage in improving students’ learning output and effectivelyenhances personal self-efficacy.After the comprehensive studies, the arguments of this research are:firstly, blended learning can improve the attraction of class teaching.Secondly, the implementation of the blended learning should according tothe different needs to choose the best model of teaching design. Thirdly,the evaluation method should be reformed and the procedural evaluationshould be included to mentor students. From the perspective ofimplementation of blended learning, there are some suggestions forteachers: firstly, teachers should face to the challenges to change therole of single knowledge instructors. Secondly, teachers need to improvethe ability of information processing, introduce foreign high-qualityresources and investigate localization research. Thirdly, Teachers shouldattach importance to stimulate students’ internal motivation, cultivateand improve the students’ ability of digital learning, make the studentsin active learning...
