Study On Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Daycare Service

This study is based on the background that the community daycare service promote thesocial pension is increasingly emerging, to explore how to make community daycare servicemore humanized, service content more perfect, service standards promote. There are manyproblems in community daycare service. Professional social workers intervene to thecommunity daycare service to, carry out a variety of community activities by the professionalskills, and become the bridge between institutions and community elderly people. This studyfirst reviewed the daycare service status and the related research, and analyzes the problemsof community daycare service system and the necessity of social work intervention incommunity daycare service. After study the ways and methods of the intervention of socialwork, in community daycare service, and improve the work ethic、intervention approaches、interventional techniques and the intervention effect assessment to help find and solve theproblems in the community daycare service, integrate the internal functions of the elderlypeople,improve the quality of life of old people.The main content of this study includes the following aspects: the analysis of the statusquo and difficulties; the analysis of necessity and feasibility; social work intervention of form,content and specific project design; assessment of the intervention; put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions for problems founding during the assessment. Specificproblems in the community daycare services focused on community daycare servicescurrently subject to existing community run system; with the existing street system is not fullyin line; tied to existing pension idea, can not be widely recognized by the public; constrainedcommunity daycare center professional quality service team personnel to be on improving thequality of service.
