In this rapid development and increasing strang modern society, some of teachers’ moral behaviorand professional quality have been shielded by materialistic society, making teachers’ life becamealienation and destruction.However, the growth of teachers’ life is not through preaching or training in theshort-term, it more emphasizes on teachers’ subjectivity, emphasizes on teachers’ daily life and under theinfluence of the long-term education culture atmosphere, through teachers’ feel for the meaning of self-lifeand experience in teaching practice to cultivate gradually. However,“life” is the basis of the nurturanceeducation for teachers, and it’s also the final destination. The nurturance education for teachers must take“life” as the foundation, so as to promote the perfection of the teachers’ whole life. Therefore, the authoranalyzes a number of issues about nurturance education for teachers from the perspective of life, makesteachers develop life cognition, life moral, life emotion, life faith and good behavior habits consciously,thereby to improve the teachers’ whole life’s “cognition, emotion, meaning, behavior” developmentharmoniously.Besides introduction, the main body contains four parts:Part one is the implications of nurturance education for teachers from the perspective of life. Thispart starts from some related concepts to analyze the characteristics and the original meaning of life,understand the connotation of nurturance education and discuss the connotation, essence and value ofnurturance education for teachers, and then to analyze the relationship between the life and nurturanceeducation for teachers, on this basis,tries to construct the implication of nurturance education for teachersunder the perspective of life.Part two is the alienation of nurturance education for teachers from the perspective of life. Thispart begins with the present situation of the contemporary teachers’ life, from the aspects of teachersbehavior “physical” and teachers spirit “metaphysical”respectively to look at the present situation andproblems of teachers’ whole life, expounds the alienation of teachers behavior and the degeneration ofteachers spirit life.Part three is the attribution analysis of alienation about nurturance education for teachers from the perspective of life. This part carries out the attribution analysis to analyze the reason of alienation from thenegative impact of modern society and the plight of nurturance education of teachers.Part four is the construction of nurturance education for teachers from the perspective of life. Thispart constructs from nurturance education for teachers from the perspective of life’s objectives, principles,content, strategies. These four aspects dedicated to the teachers’ life cognition, life moral, life emotion, lifefaith and behavior to overall shape and cultivate teachers, through the teachers’ self-education andself-reflection, makes teacher development penetrating in the classroom,in the life.
