Research On The Countermeasure And Impact Of University Students’ Work Under The New Media Background

With the rapid development of digital technology, new media has attractedwidespread attention and expertly utilized by an increasing amount of people in recentyears. The coming of new media era is profoundly affecting the development andreform of economic society and people’s ideas, value orientation and behavior. As ayoung group, contemporary university students are open-minded and have a strongdesire for knowledge and the ability to accept new things. Therefore, this young groupis affected most profoundly and distinctively under new media background. Themanagement work of college students is a crucial part of higher education. It is asignificant symbol of management standard for a college and to a great extent,resolves on its school running level and affect the students’ overall qualities. Newmedia is an era that chances always go with challenges. How to deal with challengesthat new media technology brings to college students’ work becomes an urgent issuefor them.
