Then identified in thisevaluation system should follow the principles such as scientific principle, relevance principle, thecomparability principle, feasibility principle, integrity principle, dynamic principle, Further reference theresults of other researchers, research on the existing evaluation index system, can build the responseability evaluation index system of university financial core performance, the system includes three levels,a total of15specific indicators. Including asset-liability ratio and liquidity ratio, real pay rate, potentialpay rate, income, debt ratio, ratio of public expenditure, ability of self-sufficiency, embrace income ratio,self-raised funds income ratio, revenue expenditure ratio, net deposit ratio, total spending rate, growthrate of fixed assets, its own funds use ratio, growth rate of net assets.
