The research of this dissertation is to our country new generation of migrantworkers employment training as the logical starting point, with the theory of modernsociology, education as the cognitive basis, based on the improvement of the newgeneration of migrant workers for their own development and promoting theeconomic development of a harmonious society in our country, the questionnairethrough research way, investigated the influence factors of Cenozoic migrant workersemployment training development, and in order to improve the quality of the newgeneration of migrant workers employment training, put forward the implementationof specific path and guarantee measures.In this article, focusing on the theme of "the new generation of migrant workersemployment training building", divided into five chapters to study.The first chapter is the introduction, the relevant research to elaborate the originand significance of the topic, the new generation of migrant workers employmenttraining in general and the basic ideas of this study, methods and innovations; at thesame time, the concept of the new generation of migrant workers, employment andtraining of the interpretation and definition, provides the necessary foundation for thesubsequent research.The second chapter elaborated on our country new generation of migrant workersand employment training construction era. Analysis of the death of the newgeneration of migrant workers employment training and development.In the chapter, the questionnaire survey and the interview form, on the jobtraining status quo of construction of new generation of migrant workers in ourcountry are analyzed and discussed, and one of the basic cognitive, mechanism,resources construction security and other key issues are analyzed and summarized, thefurther research of the thesis provides the reality basis.The fourth chapter describes the basic strategy of our country new generation ofmigrant workers employment training building.
