Change asingle boring or technology to structure the syllabus as the ultimate goal of learning,according to according to characteristic of Chinese style wrestling skills, through the reformof the teaching content, changing the single technology combination, applies to the students.Enrich the teaching content, improve students’ learning interest, make students neverunderstand Chinese wrestling to like Chinese style wrestling, and willing to initiative to learn.To provide Chinese wrestling in school physical education reform and development of thefeasibility and validity.Chinese wrestling is to carry out the following some problems in school teaching: dueto the cancellation of Chinese style wrestling, the professional colleges and professionalleagues to cancel the project, cause serious lack of professional and technical level ofuniversity teachers, and even some schools of traditional project not value, ultimatelystudents learn to be less than the essence of Chinese wrestling nature; No unified nationaltechnical action name, lead to some of the students think that before did not enter universitystudy the action and the action learning in the university of different and produceschool-weary psychology, as well as the cause of Chinese wrestling teaching material updatelag; Education goals are vague, unclear teaching purpose, teaching material arrangement ofblindness, not to conform to the requirements of teaching goals, whether to fit the needs ofteaching object.
