The Women’s Reserve Personnel Training Present Situation Investigation And Study Of Henan Province

As the birthplace of the ancient football sports, women "Cuju" sport is very popular in the Song dynasty of China. Compared with Europe, the Chinese women’s football was appear earlier. In the early1990s, the Chinese women’s football team got a place of the world with the virtue of hard work and plain living, does not fear the difficulty, indomitable spirit, also had a good result in the FIFA women’s world, won the praise of "iron roses". But from1993to2013, about twenty years, Chinese women’s football undergo highs and lows, and in recent years, began to appear signs of recession.In recent years, the Chinese women’s football was developing difficult, although women’s football in our province had also won the outstanding achievement, but in our province women’s football development in recent years also has many problems, lead to our province women’s football to backward condition in the country. Therefore, as the research object, this paper aim to analyze present situation of the women’s reserve personnel training in Henan province. Literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other research methods were used, through to research the present situation of Henan women’s football reserve personnel training, problems, countermeasures and suggestions, aims to find out the cause of the women’s football in Henan development lags behind, analyze how to keep up with the development of world’s footsteps. And the following conclusions:1The problems which existing in the Henan women’s football development includes nine aspects:①The management system of teenagers women’s football in Henan province was not perfect;②Some managers and coaches Worry too much on the development of women’s football in Henan province;③The influence of geographical and economic environment;④Training infrastructure was old affected by the shortage of funds;⑤The basic qualities of the coach in Henan province needs to improve;⑥Women’s football athlete selection range is narrow;⑦Teenager athletes played less games in Henan province;⑧The problem of personal development after athlete retirement;⑨The attention of the social to women’s football was not enough in Henan province.2The countermeasures of Henan women’s development should include seven aspects:①Accurate positioning of teenagers in our province women’s football development direction, optimize the development environment.②Improve the level of coaches, make scientific training;③Calls for the social attention to women’s football development to increase capital investment, broaden the funding channels;④Combination of body training and education, promote the development of campus football;⑤Broadening the employment channels;⑥Increase the propaganda of media;⑦Popularize the “social football”, to improve public understanding on football.
