Objective: To investigate the effects of "national primary and secondary series ofmartial arts aerobics" for rural junior high school students’ physical condition, andpropose appropriate measures to promote the martial arts aerobics Middle School sports, heritage of outstanding national cultural traditions, extended exercise primary andsecondary school sports form, enhancing the development of students’ physical andmental health of young people, to provide a frame of reference.Study subjects: Taikang rural high school students were randomly selected for thestudy of40people, divided into experimental group (martial arts aerobics group) and acontrol group of20people, boys and girls of the10people. All subjects were healthy, exercise good organ function, volunteered to participate in this experiment. Before thetest, Comparing two groups of students of the body mass index were not significantlydifferent from baseline. Methods: Subjects for a period of16weeks of martial arts aerobics exercises. Testmethod using physical and psychological measurements before and after theexperimental comparative analysis indicators (body shape, quality, function and mentalhealth) changes. Results:(l) body shape indicators: After16weeks of martial artspractitioners to practice aerobics arm circumference and thigh lifting with a significantdifference (P <0.05); height, weight, bust, waist and hips, BMI and body no significantdifference in the rate of change in fat.(2) physical function indicators: before and after16weeks of martial arts aerobics exercises reflect cardiopulmonary function in theexperimental group compared with the experimental lung capacity indicators weresignificant differences (P <0.05).(3) physical indicators: After16weeks of martial artsaerobics exercises, the student body reflects the experimental group, the Sit and ReachFlexibility, former middle-distance and experiment reflects the strength of the fingergrip strength and endurance quality compared to both reflect significant difference (P<0.05).(4) After16weeks of martial arts aerobics exercises, emotional dimension andthe experimental group will conduct experiments dimensions than before sharing withsignificant differences (P <0.05).Conclusions:1through16weeks of martial arts aerobics exercise, can significantlyimprove the experimental group students cardiopulmonary function, grip strength, limbstrength and physical endurance qualities.2.16weeks in the control group of studentshas been a growing body morphology, and physiology, physical indicators were not significantly improved.3horizontal contrast the difference between the two groupsbefore and after the experimental group’s own experiments and experimentalcomparison experimental group and control group were different, indicating that thepractice of martial arts aerobics role in promoting the health of rural junior high schoolstudents have a positive impact.4psychometric findings show that martial arts aerobicscan significantly enhance willpower and emotional control practitioners to effectivelypromote mental health in rural junior high school students.Recommendation: martial arts aerobics to improve the physical health of middleschool students have a positive effect, suggested the creation of primary and secondaryschools of martial arts aerobics classes. The result of the experiment time, funding islimited, throughout the experiment only16weeks, and some indicators of change is nottoo obvious, after researchers suggested an appropriate increase in the control groupwere compared and the extension of the experimental time, a more comprehensiveanalysis of Wushu Aerobics fitness results. Recommend teachers to teach martial artsaerobics while some of the additional speed and explosiveness training in each other, soas to comprehensively improve the level of junior high school physical purpose.
