People have their self-awareness and subjective evaluation in all aspects, and theaccuracy and objectiveness of the cognition and evaluation directly affect the relevantthinking and behavior. Similarly, people have subjective cognition and evaluation ontheir body. If this kind of cognition and evaluation is scientific, accurate and consistentwith objectives, it has positive influence on exercise and way of life. On the contrary, ifthere is a deviation, it can have negative influence on physical exercise and way of life.College period is the key stage of cognitive development, when students are free fromparents’ supervision; psychology has not yet fully matured, knowledge and experience isnot much, thus, they tend to be affected by environment and others and form physicalself-cognitive deviation. If the self-cognitive deviation is not corrected in time, it leads toa series of wrong behavior, and even causes adverse consequences of damage to bodyhealth.This study investigates639college students in four ordinary colleges in Jilinprovince, analyzes and discusses the physical differences in subjective evaluation ofcollege students with different constitution level through physical tests and questionnairesurvey methods, analyzes whether the constitution subjective evaluation is consistentwith the national assessment of Physical Health Standard from the perspective of theindividual characteristics, and judges whether the evaluation is objective and accurate,and whether there is any deviation. Besides, this paper also discusses the sports lifestyledifferences of college students with different constitution level through analyzing data,to judge whether the constitution subjective evaluation has impact on physical exercisebehavior. It is hoped that the study results can cause the attention of related departmentand college students, so as to help students correct physical self-perception deviation,establish correct view of physical fitness evaluation, and improve college students’overall self cognitive ability; it is hoped that the study results can arouse students’motivation of positive physical exercise, take scientific and targeted exercise behavioraccording to their own physical conditions, and form good sports lifestyle; it is hoped that the study results can make some slight contribution in rendering comprehensive andhealthy development of college students.The study conclusions are as follows:1. There is a deviation in subjective evaluation of body shape in male and femalestudents. The subjective evaluation of male group with overweight is obviously higherthan that of group with low weight; as for female, the subjective evaluation of the thinnergroup is the highest.2. Although the obese group of male and female has strong incentive in fitness figure,the overall sports participation motivation is not high because their motivation is notstrong in other aspects, which influences their behavior and sports results. The physicaldemand motivation of malnutrition group is the lowest, which shows that they havemisunderstanding in exercise motives.3. The body shape is related to the sports lifestyle. The higher the degree of bodyshape is, the better sports lifestyle will be.4. The physiological function is also connected with the sports lifestyle. Thehigher level of physiological function is, the better sports lifestyle will be.5. The physical quality and exercise capacity is also linked with the sportslifestyle. The higher the degree of physical quality and exercise capacity is, the bettersports lifestyle will be.
