The Study Of The Reform Of Aerobics Teaching In Changchun Private Universities

Along with the rapid development of science and technology and the increasinglyfierce national strength, the importance of education is more and more salient. It directlyaffects the quality and quantity of training a new generation of successors. Since thereform and opening up, education in China has undertaken the world upside down change.National demands for higher education are much higher so private higher education playsa more and more important role in the higher education family. Jilin province is a highereducation province in China. Most of the private university locates in Changchun so itholds an important task of education.Physical education is an important part of the private university education so itdirectly affects the comprehensive quality education of the students. Aerobics is a newsport along with gymnastics, music, dance and esthetics. It attracts private universitystudents of all ages with its own inherent value and charm as the main parts of sportsteaching. However, private universities’ Aerobics teaching still stays in the mode ofpublic universities’ imitation and following. They don’t take consider of the actualsituation of themselves, furthermore, they don’t reflect the characteristics of privateuniversities. So it is important to search a suitable reform of private university aerobicsteaching.It takes14private universities’ public physical education in Changchun as the mainobject. It studies the reform of private university Aerobics through the methods ofliterature, interviews, questionnaire survey and other methods. The results show that aprivate university Aerobics course system should be constructed from the characteristicsof private universities. It should form an independent cooperation, innovation educationidea, melt the fashion materials and update the contents of Aerobics, select reasonableteaching methods and means, create the teaching materials of private university Aerobics,optimize the teaching evaluation method of Aerobics, cultivate students’ comprehensiveability. This study aims at Changchun private colleges and universities aerobics teachingreform to provide certain theory and practice basis.
