The Research On Introduction Of Innovative Talent And Entrepreneurial Talent In Chang Zhou A District

In the era of knowledge economy, human resources as a primary resource hasbecome an important resource. Innovative talent and entrepreneurial talent is the maincarrier of the world’s advanced technology and culture, we should make more efforts tointroduce overseas Innovative talent and entrepreneurial talent to improve thecomprehensive competitiveness, to learn advanced science and management experience.Based on the other countries and important gathering area experiences of introducingInnovative talent and entrepreneurial talent, this article take literature studies,comparative studies, Integrating the historical background, the developing course andimportant contribution of China’s introduction of high-level overseas, and analyzing theeffectiveness,discovering the problems, exploring the related solutions for solving theproblems emerged in the introduction of Innovative talent and entrepreneurial talent.This article contains five parts.
