| Under the new curriculum standard, the Chinese class in high school is full of newborn things. Nowthe Chinese class has requirements on students about their knowledge and ability, learning process andmethod, emotion and values. As an important part of teaching, teaching evaluation draws great attentionunder the guidance of the new curriculum standard. But there exist many problems in the current teachingevaluation of the Chinese class in high school, which really affect and restrict the implementation ofevaluation. This article finds out the actual problem from investigation, explores the causes, and finallyputs forward feasible suggestions.The first chapter defines the teaching evaluation, introduces the principles and methods of evaluationat the same time, and makes an analysis of the presentation, feedback and utilization about evaluation. Inthis study, theories on teaching evaluation will be effectively analyzed under the real situation of Chineseclass, and the effects of teaching evaluation on the promotion of Chinese class in high school will beintroduced.The second chapter analyzes the causes of current misunderstanding of teaching evaluation on Chineseclass in high school. The author investigates teachers and students in high school selected at random, in theway of making questionnaires and personal interview. Then the author analyze the results from theimplementation, standards, purpose, content, methods, subject and other aspects about teaching evaluation,and summarizes the causes of misunderstanding of teaching evaluation from aspects like the restricted timeof teaching, the incomplete evaluation system, the imbalance of teachers’ quality and lags in the theoreticalresearch.Suggestions on implementing teaching evaluation on Chinese class in high school are put forward inthe third chapter. The author elaborates suggestions mainly from enriching purposes; multiply subjects,optimizing standards, increasing methods of teaching evaluation. The suggestions are put forwardaccording to the analysis of causes in chapter two, and are aimed at building a new scientific, effective andpractical teaching evaluation system.In the conclusion part, the author generalizes the disadvantages and misunderstandings about teachingevaluation on Chinese class in high school. The author concludes that, under the new curriculum standard, only by knowing the misunderstandings, by studying the causes, and by implementing effective strategiescan we get continuous development in teaching evaluation system. |
