Research On The Model Education Of College Students Under The Network Environment

Generally speaking, model means the advanced persons from whom the publicemulated and learned. It was not only used as an old education method in the ancienttimes, but also a social tradition advocated by people and an important way to inheritsocial skill. Since the Reform and Opening in China, model education plays animportant role in the Ideological and Political Education, however, following with thedevelopment of the Internet, mobile phones and other new media, model educationof college students faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges, which need tobe answered and solved in theory, thus it is very necessary to carry out modeleducation of college students under the network environment.Based on investigating the Historical Evolution of Model Education, this articleanalyzed the opportunities and challenges of the college Model Education undernetworked environment by the methods of literature research. This article discussedthe connotation and characteristics of the college Model Education under networkenvironment starting from researching the content of Model Education. At the sametime, this article also pointed out that the college Model Education under networkenvironment must be under the guidance of Marxism basic principle, networkcommunication theory, Bandura’s social learning theory and Maslow’s hierarchy ofneeds. This article analyzes the new changes of model education under the currentnetwork environment, such as the way of education being broadened, the interactionamong the education subjects being improved, the educational content being enrichedand the education effect becoming significant. And, this article appoints out theproblems of the resources construction for the model education under networkenvironment being behind the times, still monotonous content and form, the charismaof the model being weakening and the requirement to improve the quality of educators etc., meanwhile, it analyzes the reasons about these problems accordingly.Finally, based on the current status of implementation of our network modeleducation and the guidance of theoretical basis of undergraduates model educationunder the network environment, this article proposes according countermeasures toimprove the model education under the network environment: to optimize thenetwork environment of undergraduates model education by purifying theinformation in the network model, carrying out enjoyed education type of networkmodel, guiding the network model value through the analysis of public opinions,indirectly affecting the network model education environment through increase thequality of educator; combining the generation, advocacy, practice and improvementof model with the network, to complete the detailed processes of the network modeleducation; to improve undergraduates’ basic quality in model education undernetwork environment by enhancing the undergraduates’ discernment of networkmodel information, self-learning ability of the network model, the conversion abilityof virtual learning and real practicing, and thus improve the effectiveness ofundergraduates’ model education under network environment.
