China is an employment country of large population, employment problems arewidely focused in the Chinese society. Employment problems in vocational school can notonly have effects on government, enterprise and school, but also can influence socialstability and economic development. High-quality employment rate is sustainablesignificant for vocational school because it can enlarge enrollment scale, improveeducational quality and is helpful for local economic development and transformation ofindustries structure. By researching the employment situation of graduates from KunshanNo.2vocational high school, we can aware the problems of employment managementprocess, then we can put forward the solving measures to lay a foundation for the reform ofemployment management, which can offer experience and references for other similarvocational schools.On the basis of collecting much information, the writer arranges and analyzes thedomestic and international documents and finds the breakthrough point of this paper. Withthe help of domestic and international theories, the paper analyzes the employmentsituation of graduates from Kunshan No.2vocational school in all-round way by foursurveys, which are survey to the needs of enterprise positions, survey to the expectation ofstudents, follow-up survey to the graduate employment situation and survey to theemployment management in vocational school. Then the paper brings out the mainproblems of school employment management and put forward the main strategies forreforming employment management in vocational school.Charter one mainly expounds the research situation from home and abroad, researchbackground, research significance and research methods, then it defines some relatedconcepts and demonstrates some difficulties and creative points.Charter two pays much attention to the analyzing results of four surveys, which are survey to the needs of enterprise positions, survey to the expectation of students, follow-upsurvey to the graduate employment situation and survey to the employment management invocational school, uses some software to analyze employment situations, including theneeds of enterprise positions, employment quality, vocational guidance, employmentexpectation and satisfaction, attribution analysis is also carried for above indexes.Charter three is directed against graduates employment situations from Kunshan No.2vocational school, it aimed at the above four surveys and put forward the strategies forreforming employment management in vocational school from the view of schoolemployment functional department.
