The development of higher education plays a vital role in the construction ofthe entire country. In order to develop high-quality professional teachers,innovate teachers’ education philosophy,optimize curriculum structure,reofrmteaching model,strengthen practical teaching,consolidate teacher trainingsystem,raise the quality of teacher education.In December2012,The Ministryof Education published the project of construction of implementation of thenational quality teacher resource sharing lessons. This project points out,In the"Tweltfh Five-Year" period,the Ministry of Education will support theconstruction of350national quality teacher education resource sharinglessons.Which focus on the construction of200teacher education reform anddevelopment to adapt to the needs and reflect the results of teaching the newcurriculum reform.Middle school science teaching design courses of ShanghaiNormal University is one of the program courses200fine resources, Accordingto the requirements of the "Oiffce of the Ministry of Education regarding thedevelopment of national quality teacher education resource sharing lessons worknotice,’,this course construction must complete within the stipulated timeaccording to the requirements of high quality standards of resource sharinglessonsHow to build a standard curriculum is a serious problem to solve in thisstudy. This paper put forward the basic ideas and methods of the courseconstruction based on the literature research. this paper will build the middleschool science teaching curriculum rfom the curriculum needsanalysis,construction planning of curriculum,curriculum overview,syllabus,teaching journals, teaching content and methods reform,teaching materials,teaching quality evaluation system and so on.The study is divided into ifve parts.The ifrst part,introduction.A brief introduction of the research background,research status,purpose and significance,research ideas and methods.The second part,an overview of high school science teaching designcourses.This part define the related concepts on the basis of the literaturecurriculum such as curriculum, curriculum development,instructional designand so on.This paper also describes the guiding ideology and basic principles ofthe curriculum construction.Those above laid the foundation for the constructionof this curriculum.The third part,the analysis of the high school science curriculuminstructional design building needs. Through the combing analysis of "middleschool science curriculum standards,,and the Oxford Shanghai edition sciencetextbooks, and the survey of Shanghai Normal University Science Educationundergraduate class graduates. identified the needs of the curriculum high schoolscience teaching design, and guide the direction of building elements.The fourth part,the practice of building design courses.This section in strict accordance with national quality requirements and standards of resourcesharing lessons, teaching journals, teaching quality evaluationsystem,construction materials and other several aspects of teaching middleschool science curriculum designed for construction and exploration.The fitfh part,conclusion.This part tells the shortfall instructions in thisstudy, and discuss the future development of this proposed research.
