This paper aims to reflect the status of Yixing primary and secondaryschool music teachers’ continuing education, continuing education andfurther explore the current situation, and make relevant comments andsuggestions.In this paper, questionnaire-based, Yixing primary and secondaryschool music teacher, Yixing seven school districts,116primary andsecondary school music teacher serving as a sample. According toliterature data collation and analysis, design of the " Yixing primaryand secondary school music teachers’ continuing education questionnaire" for data collection, statistical methods to describe, project analysis,analyzed and discussed. Investigation in the continuing education andcontinuing education of teachers for advice to two parts, respectively,from the necessity of continuing education and training of the first partof the cause, type, and training departments, school-based training,continuing education in the form of courses, teacher training, learningand continuing education training funds, six aspects of teachingevaluation data comparison and comprehensive discussion. The second partfrom four aspects of teaching in the form of continuing education,curriculum content, training focus and training problems in the datacomparison, and general discussion. Summed up the problems, proposeappropriate countermeasures.
