Experiential learning is a learning style that combines the existingknowledge and experience with the recently active experience to generateindividual subjective feelings and personal meaning through personalexperience and reflection. The experiential learning of Chinese teaching inJunior Middle School is put forward according to the Curriculum Standardsof Chinese, which set all the students full development as objective. It is auseful complement to traditional ways of learning because it focuses onprocess, partnership, emotion, experience and life. Based on the theoreticalelaboration and practical dimensions of research, this article tries to explainthe experiential learning is a practical and important way of learning,advocating teachers to use it, concerned about the students’ experience.The thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the exordium. It introduces the causes for choosingthis title, the concept definition, the goal and significance of research,briefly the related domestic and international research and in learning byexperiencing method.The second chapter is the case analysis. Firstly, it introduced "newsrelease" activities of background and program design. Secondly, it analyzedthe activities of five aspects of the implementation processes; in this casestudy illustrates the basic process of experiential learning. Finally, activityaffects the analysis of the results of the survey and reflection on problems inthe activities, and bedding for the strategy of the next chapter.The third chapter is the strategy. It elaborates created scenes,student’s independence, guided reflection, cooperative learning, and thesefive strategies for promoting students’ experience of life.The forth chapter is development prospects. On experiential learning inmiddle school Chinese space for future development as well as its ownlimitations, emphasis on experiential learning and classroom teachingcomplement to maximize its potential.
