As the continuous improvement of the world’s education level, the teachers’ professional development is paid more and more attention. Teacher’s practical knowledge is the main knowledge foundation of teacher’s professional development, and the new stage of teachers is the most rapidly development of teacher’s practical knowledge. China’s National Ministry of Education decided to recruit full-time master of education from undergraduate students in2009, and most of the full-time master of education got into primary or secondary schools as a teacher after their graduation, so it is necessary to research those the full-time master of education development of the novice teachers’ practical knowledge. This study focuses on the development and the influence factors of development of the novice teachers’ practical knowledge. This study adopts the method of case study, and takes "Han" teacher at the primary school after her graduation of full-time master of education for the case.The study found that:The development ways of "Han" teacher’s practical knowledge are "trial-and-error" and "view", she adopted the two ways to solve the predicament education when she faced the difficult situation, and then with the development of practical knowledge."Han" teacher’s practical knowledge content types can be divided into knowledge of the herself, knowledge of the subject, knowledge of the students, knowledge about education situation, beliefs about the nature of the education, and there is mutual influence among all kinds of knowledge."Han" teacher’s practical knowledge development stage can be divided into stage of learning, stage of full-time master of education, stage of teaching, the experience be stored in the brain in previous stage may be have promotion effect or blockade effect to the latter stage. In these three stages, personal factor is the key factor to promote the development of "Han" teacher’s practical knowledge, and external factor is the supporting factors. According to the research, this study recommend some suggestions for the schools, full-time master of education training institutions, full-time master of education and the novice teachers of full-time master of education. |
