On The Analysis Of The Cultural Background Which Is The Obstacle Of Removing De-administration

This paper is concentrated on the analysis and study of barrier which caused by the de-administration. And based on this, we can discuss the reason that causes the barrier of revolution and give its specific manifestation through methods such as historical analysis and comparison analysis. Then further study will be given of the de-administration barrier from aspect of culture, hoping to give constrictive routes such as revolution system and management methods.This paper is divided into three parts as followed;At the beginning is the introduction, which mainly focus on the background of this topic and testified the study meaning from theory and practical aspect. And the overseas and domestic current research is also given in this part.And the following is the first part which is mainly about analysis on the current study of barriers in removing de-administration. It is divided into two parts. Firstly, we can analysis it from the aspect of Chinese traditional culture; secondly, from the aspects of the ruling party culture.The second part is about the analysis on cultural causes of removing administrative barriers. In this part, we can analysis it from the historical barriers and cultural reasons. The former is analyzed from the influence on the traditional Confucian values, the emergence of imperial examination system and the obstacle of administrative reform. The latter is analyzed from the current democratic and legal culture, the system culture and the unit management system in CollegesThe third part is the routes. Suggestions and recommendations will be given on the basis of aspects listed above. It is o put the perseverance of removing de-administration in collages into practice; planting the conception of separating politics and education into society; mobilizing the atmosphere of managing the collages according to the laws; establishing new conceptions of university autonomy and professor managing.
