Objective:To observe the influence of drinking hydrogen-rich water at different phase and high-intensity exercise to swimming athletes in free radical metabolism, to study whether hydrogen-rich water have selective antioxidation effects of on exercise-induced oxidative stress damage,to explore the fitness phase of drinking hydrogen-rich water.Methods:The40male subjects were chosen randomly from the Beijing swimming team, they were equally and randomly divided into five groups:exercise control group (C), drinking of hydrogen-rich water before exercise (H1), drinking of hydrogen-rich water during exercise (H2), drinking of hydrogen-rich water after exercise (H3), drinking of hydrogen-rich water before&during&after exercise (H4).The experiment continued for eight days.In the afternoon,the athletes drank hydrogen-rich water or placebo respectively at2hours before core training, during core training and the end of core training immediately.200ml every dringking,three times a day. Compared of the malonaldehyde (MDA),8-hrdroxy-2-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG),3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),general oxidat ion res istance (T-AOC), superoxide anion radieal (O2-), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and hydroxyl radical (OH) in resting state,after drinking hydrogen-rich water one day and after drinking hydrogen-rich water eight days.Results:(1)After high-intensity swimming,group C had very significant difference in MDA,8-OHdG,3-NT, H2O2, O2-and·OH (P<.01), had significant difference in SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC (P<0.05).(2) After drinking hydrogen-rich water one day,group H4compared of group C had very significant difference in8-OHdG, T-AOC and O2-,had significant difference in MDA, H2O2, SOD and OH (P<0.05); group H1 compared of group C had significant difference in8-OHdG (P<0.05), group H3compared of group C had significant difference in H2O2(P<0.05).(3)After drinking hydrogen-rich water one day,group H2compared of group H4had significant difference in SOD,T-AOC and H2O2(P<0.05);group H1compared of group H4had significant difference in T-AOC (P<0.05).(4)After drinking hydrogen-rich water eight days, group H1,H2,H3,H4compared of group C had very significant difference in MDA,8-OHdG,3-NT, H202,SOD,T-AOC, O2-and·OH (P<0.01), group H1,H3,H4compared of group C had significant difference in GSH-Px (P<0.05).(5) After drinking hydrogen-rich water eight days,group H1compared of group H4had significant difference in T-AOC (P<0.05); group H2compared of group H4had very significant difference in MDA, H2O2and OH (P<0.01), had significant difference in8-OHdG,3-NT, SOD and O2-(P<0.05); group H3compared of group H4had very significant difference in8-OHdG (P<0.01), had significant difference in MDA and-OH (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) High-intensity swimming can cause the lipid,protein and DNA oxidative damage.(2)Drinking hydrogen-rich water at before or during or after training one time has weak influence of exercise-induced oxidative stress damage; drinking of hydrogen-rich water before&during&after exercise one time has a bit influence.(3)Drinking hydrogen-rich water at different phase has a obvious influence of exercise-induced oxidative stress damage,can promote athlete’s fatigue after intensive training.(4)Drinking hydrogen-rich water before or after training has no significant difference influence of exercise-induced oxidative stress damage; drinking of hydrogen-rich water before&during&after exercise has more better influence than drinking of hydrogen-rich water before exercise.(5)Hydrogen-rich water has more clearance rate with·OH and ONOO-than H2O2and O2-...
