With the continuous numerical growth of female college students, the problemsof their development and intelligence have attracted more and more attention. As apart of our social group of women, especially intellectual women group, the femalecollege students’ social function becomes more and more important. For the goodeducation background and skills, they distribute to all the job positions of social lifeas the same as the male college students, plays an irreplaceable effect and influence.Because of the social and historic causes, the female college students facing the valueconflict, psychological impact, oppression of study and careering are morecomplicated than before.
