The Study Of City New Residents’ Citizenization In The Course Of New Urbanization

Since the reform and opening policy in1970s, the pace of urbanization has been significantly accelerated and its scale has been constantly expanded.However,the urbanization has been always paid attention to the growth in numbers and ignored the changes in nature,rural-urban structure is still alive.The level of urbanization is not high as the number shows.The level of citizenization is too low.The former study had the problem of difference on subjects and analysis of integration.So,we decide to the study of city new residents’citizenization in new urbanizationThis study mainly utilizes the imperial research method and we use the methods of literature study,questionnaire and interview to collect the information in the process of field study.On the basis of defining Jinan new residents,it choose those people in X community as the subjects.This paper firstly includes the background, significance and basic structure of the research;then make the literature review and set up the theoretical framework of this paper;the third part mainly include the basic situation of X community and research methods;then the forth part of this article introduce the problem and president situation of new residents’citizenization from the registered residence,source of income,lifestyle and value concepts.then the fifth part of this paper includes the countermeasures and suggestions of new residents’citizenization.At last, on the basis of comprehensive full-text,analyzes and make a reflection of the citizenization,points out the shortcomings in the study.As the whole,from the field study of Xianwen community,the degree of citizenization on registered residence,household and life-style is comparatively high;moreover,the situation of social security is better than before,but compared with the old residents,this still have difference;what is more,the aspect of ideology,values and community participation way have great discrepancy.Therefore,in order to find the road to the citizenization of new residents,the government, community and all the residents should take active part in the citizenization on the basis of respecting their wills.At last, the Urban-rural integration could be ultimately achieved.
