Adaptability Research Of Ethnic Groups:People From The Countryside To Teh Town

Urbanization is the inevtiable product of social development, as thisprocess is brought into the area farmers urban community residents.Community located in the eastern outskirts of the town of Dongxing,Guangxi, since the1990s, rapid economic development, into the processof urbanization. Because communities near Vietnam, is one of thepreferred field of agriculture and forestry to leave Vietnam for returnedoverseas Chinese, and therefore has a diverse ethnic communities in theeastern suburbs. This paper mainly locals and returned overseas Chinesecommunities in the eastern outskirts of the two communities as objects,study their adaptation to urban development.This research mainly through participant observation, personalinterview, surveys and other data collection methods, the eastern outskirtsof locals and returned overseas Chinese community as a whole to adaptthe course to sort out, respectively, f rom the change in regime,adjustment, adaptation and culture lifestyle livelihood adaptation someadaptation and livelihoods in the way of differences, but in terms oflifestyle and cultural adaptation, they have a lot in common. Surveyfound that locals and returned overseas Chinese are gradually adaptubanized life, and different backgrounds living in the eastern suburbs ofthe adaptation process is different, gradually returned overseas Chinseculture into the mainstream of local culture,but returned overseas Chinesehave multiple “home” concept, for the “new home”to adapt to slowerthan locals.
