The Design Of Microlecture For The Enterprise Under The Mobile Environment

With the popularization of the intelligent terminals and the mobile web, the Mobile Internet erahas come in our life. In the mobile environment, people’s habits of surfing the internet will witness greatchanges that the time and site for surfing internet will not restricted by the intelligent terminals and peopleare able to make the utmost of their spare time. Under such background, the theories of micro learning isbeing applied to education circles. Accordingly, the microlecture evokes a reform for teaching system, thusthe academics in education circle surges to conduct studies on the micro lecture.The microlecture, generated in the mobile environment, is the creation point and breakthroughpoint for teaching reform. Those enterprises, who values staff training, should attach importance to the useof micro lecture. On the base of e-learning, they could develop the module function of micro learning andintroduce the function of community interaction and mutual comments so as to provide a platform forstaffs’ learning and exchanges. The micro learning can meanwhile be regarded as a sound learningatmosphere in which the staffs are stimulated to foster a habit of learn something with their spare time. Allthe mentioned above will benefit the staffs’ learning effect and the enterprises’ training effect.Firstly, guided by the Adult Learning Theory and Micro Learning Theory, taking firm Z forexample, the writer conducts a study on the firm Z’s microlecture for e-learning in mobile environment byusing the document analysis method, the questionnaire method and case analysis method.Secondly, after discussing the study background, the study purpose and the study meaning, thispaper analyzes the conception of e-learning and microlecture, the history and the features of theirdevelopment. Then this paper studies the related theories of microlecture and analyzes the designs of themicrolecture structure. Finaly comes the main contents and ideas of the microlecture structure designing.In the end, taking firm Z for instance, this paper analyzes the features of firm Z’s e-learning and,through the questionnaire, analyzes the staffs’ opinions on such platform and their personal needs forlearning. After this, this paper will figure out the shortcomings of the current e-learning platform and,accordingly, put forward a plan of the microlecture structure for the firm Z’s e-learning.
