High school principal recommended policy is to actively promote the university independent recruitment reform, a talent selection measures taken by the Peking University. Since the policy implementation has been suffering from social disputes, has become the focus of public opinion. The public are worried about the emergence of power rent-seeking phenomenon, resulting in unfair education.
