Purpose: Through the tennis players Hankou community garden center forsenior citizens in patients with type2diabetes tennis training, exerciseintervention patients a year through tennis, exercise intervention to observethe changes caused by glucose, blood lipids, and physical fitness statusindicators, Comprehensive Evaluation of tennis diabetes intervention, explorepractical, feasible, safe and effective exercise prevention and treatmentprograms, the promotion of tennis at the same time promote the sport canprovide a basis for intervention therapy for diabetes.Method: Hankou in the formation of senile tennis players in the garden toextract objects in line with community participation in sports therapy in type2diabetic patients in the experimental group of14people as a community ofother patients with type2diabetes to extract15as a control group. Motionsickness medical examination before the intervention, blood glucose and lipidtesting, physical fitness testing, surveys and other lifestyle activity, developexercise prescription based on the assessment, the implementation of thetennis year intervention. Record the movement condition, make adjustmentsaccording to the motion feedback training and glucose monitoring. Were testedevery three months, blood sugar, cholesterol, risk factors, and other indicatorsintegrated physical changes before and after exercise intervention. All objectsdiet, drugs are not given additional interventions. The control group did notreceive any intervention, only the initial test period,6months,12months,blood glucose and lipid indices. Results: Patients with diabetes changed by thefollowing year after the exercise intervention indicators experimental group.(1) Compared with the original, the two groups at12months showed adownward trend in blood sugar. Experimental group in motion nine months and12months, blood glucose levels were significantly decreased, and thedifference was significant (P <0.05; P <0.01). Changes in blood sugar controlgroup and no significant difference (p>0.05)12months ago (2)12months after the two groups showed a downward trend in serumcholesterol, a significant difference between the experimental group and thepre-intervention, no significant difference in the control group. Experimentalgroup in motion nine months later, serum cholesterol and triglyceride valueswere significantly decreased, and the difference was significant (P <0.05), inthe12months after the serum cholesterol dropped again, triglyceride valueswere significantly different (P <0.01).In the12months after the two groups of high-density lipoprotein are on therise, a significant difference compared with the pre-intervention group threemonths after the experimental intervention and control group after12monthsbefore the December high-density lipoprotein The only statistically significantdifference (P <0.05). In the experimental group,6,12months after thecampaign compared to intervene before the high-density lipoprotein valueswere significantly increased, and there are statistical differences (P <0.05),9and12months after the exercise intervention high density lipoprotein Proteinrise again and there was a significant difference (P <0.01). Experimental groupand the control group at12months after the two groups showed a downwardtrend in low-density lipoprotein, the experimental group in motion6,9,12months, comparing pre-intervention LDL values were significantly decreased, and was significantly higher (P <0.05).(3) systolic and diastolic blood pressure were decreased after tennisintervention, the experimental group decreased17.9mmHg systolic There wasa significant difference (P <0.01) in the control group decreased by7.8mmHg,there was a significant difference (P <0.05), diastolic blood pressureintervention in the experimental group after12months decreased6.4mmHg,there was a significant difference (P <0.05). The control group before and afterthe intervention decreased3mmHg, but there was no statistical significance.(4) After the intervention of tennis is quiet pulse downward trend, intervention12months after resting heart rate decreased7.1times, there was a significantdifference (P <0.05). Almost no change in the control group. (5) In the experimental group, the intervention group tennis FVC, Sit andReach, Eyes Wide leg standing exercise intervention there was a significantdifference (P <0.05) after6months; intervention12months standing on onefoot movement when opening the eyes before and after the intervention therewas a significant difference (P <0.01), before and after the exerciseintervention reaction when hand there was a significant difference (P <0.05)Conclusion: By tennis training at different times in different therapeuticintervention can significantly reduce the amount of type II diabetes, bloodsugar, increase insulin sensitivity; tennis can effectively reduce blood lipidlevels in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes, lower blood pressure and pulse rate atrest; tennis improve patient physique improve the quality of life of older people, the prevention of diabetes complications have an important role. It also showsthat, when tennis practicable, safe and effective exercise program for diabetesprevention and treatment, can be used as a healthy exercise therapy topromote.
