Along with the rapid development of networked computer, collaborative comput-ing ability and the global interconnection network, the arrival of information era has brought new footstone as well as fresh challenges to the field of education. Birth and application of these novel instructional tools have promoted this field in not only ins--tructional theory but also implementation’s progression. The corresponding objects including constructivism theory, psychological science study, co-operative and net--work learning have been developed vigorously. Under this over-all circumstances, a new learning style named "the Blended collaborative learning (will be shorted as BCL below)" arises in response to the proper time and conditions. Then how to perform grouping, how to choose appropriate co-partners have become the keys for successful teamwork during the BCL process. This paper is mainly consisted by the following three parts:the research status of BCL and peer-model, the process to ascertain the factors which will affect partners selection under the environment of BCL and peer-model’s construction, hypothesis and demonstration of these factors. According to the requirements of this paper’s research objectives, we combine qualitative research with quantitative research, and apply literature research method, empirical research method, questionnaire survey method into research. By means of reading and unscrambling of related articles, this paper makes a literature review on related concepts about BCL, peer-models and the factors of partner selection. Furthermore, it comes to profile the theoretical basis, and analyze the factors which will affect partner selection under the environment of BCL, and get to tease out the corresponding concept and connotation. In order to appraise the effects of partner selection objectively and comprehend--sively, this paper chooses collaborative learning’s performance as the response vari--able, and selects group control mode to be the moderator variable of partnership fac--tors and collaborative learning’s performance. Based on these settings, the paper puts forward the corresponding conceptual model. From two aspects of partnership factors and individual factors, this paper takes gender difference, learning style difference, knowledge level, blended learning ability, collaboration ability, team cohesiveness and collaborative willingness as the factors that affect partners’selection in collabo--rative team under the environment of BCL.Combining with some learners and teachers’ advices, this paper derives from the related literature, and confirms the measurement indexes of each factor. At the very first, through the test trial on a small scale, some improper and invalid questions of this questionnaire have been founded out. After necessary deletion and modification, the formal questionnaire is issued and recycled. By using SPSS18.0(Chinese version) to analyze the data, first of all, this paper presents reliability and validity testing which confirm the validity of the questionnaire. Secondly, it uses the factor analysis to verify each dimension, and gives out the descriptive statistics analysis to each dimension as well as Pearson correlation analysis; Eventually it uses regression analysis to verify the causal relationship between other dimensions and collaborative learning perform--ance, thus complete the inspection of the research hypothesis and theoretical model. Meanwhile, according to the data from factor analysis, one of the original separate dimensions named as the collaborative willingness is proved to be part of the collabo-rative learning’s performance dimension, which is roughly identical to the consider-ation we mentioned before. Based on this, this paper has not changed the correspond--ding original hypothesis and model presented above. After statistical treatment and analysis of data samples, the original research hypothesis get themselves verified, which are listed as follows:knowledge level, blended learning ability, collaboration ability and team cohesiveness have significant impact on collaborative learning’s performance directly. Knowledge level, blended learning ability, collaboration ability have significant influence on cohesion mediately. In the group, gender difference and learning style difference have a larger support, that’s why they get partial verification.Based on discussion and exploration of these results, this paper provides a certain reference value and significance of practice on how to perform partners’selection in collaborative team under the environment of BCL to some extent. And it can also provide a certain reference and support for the further research.
