Renowned educator Mr. Tao Xingzhi said:"the art of teaching is to arousestudents’ interest, fun with full of energy is willing to do business with."Teaching objectives focus on primary school English curriculum are to cultivatestudents’ English learning interest and habit, forming ability of English thinking and useof English. The formation will have a tremendous role in promoting the students followthe pupils’ English learning English reading and writing skills. Focusing on the teachersteaching goals and strategies and training will directly affect students’ learning effect. Inthe context of learning is the best way for language learning. The cultivation of Englishreading and writing ability is not paid much attention to the implementation of theoriginal primary school English courses in the aspects of. The training of reading onlyin the high grade has been designed. This kind of training started late. Reading andwriting skills of students are generally weaker. Therefore, systematically primary schoolEnglish reading and writing teaching goals, and situational teaching concept toimplementation, will be able to make the primary school English curriculum contentsmore complete, more abundant. The training of students is more comprehensive, morepractical. Students learn to see more. In six years’ time, efficiency in learning Englishwill greatly improve. After the use of the situational teaching method in the classroom,vivid interesting situation, active thinking, strong passion for learning, rich languagematerials and so on, all will make the students’ English learning abnormal full andjoyful.As everyone knows, the experience learned in positive emotions, the memoryeffect will be a lot of times better than in the passive learning state effect. And what isour English teacher working vane? Not to cultivate a test machine, but to train thestudents with the real high quality English language talent.The purpose of this study is to help teachers through the scientific ideas ofeducation and teaching learning and research, through the real understanding of thesituational teaching connotation, thus changing the teaching concept, insist on the happy teaching, adhere to the health oriented, can truly approaches to improve the students’reading and writing interest and skills, and comb each year reading and writing teachinggoals, teaching evaluation to guide teachers to change teaching methods and strategies,realize the ultimate goal of English curriculum, and the use of appropriate methods,through appropriate means to achieve the objective of English curriculum.Active learning of students must be the main part of the classroom learning,passive learning often and voice were taken on. Therefore, the teachers understanding ofEnglish reading and writing teaching goals, how to foster the students’ ability of usinglanguage understanding, will determine the teachers of English classroom is whatappearance, will determine the students are learning in an atmosphere like in. Englishreading and writing and language skills, need to accumulate, need of sedimentation,need the classic guide, formation of these capabilities not a short duration of time arecapable of forming. This paper focuses on the advantage of situational teaching inEnglish Teaching of reading and writing in English reading and writing, and aiming atthe primary school stage curriculum objectives and requirements, and to explore thequantity and quality of the reading and writing of each grade requirements. Analyze thespecific case, the reading and writing situation to create more clear and operable.Construction situation of reading and writing course is a system engineering, quantity,this article from the reading and writing content quality, class model, guidance andevaluation and other aspects of study design and arrangement, and the situation ofreading and writing course, structured, standardized, normalized. This paper alsoexplores the evaluation of teachers and students of the school appraisal system reform.Make the situation of reading and writing course concept to implementation, and not amere formality. This curriculum will truly have the help of the development of students.It will really provide the help on the professional development for the teachers.
