The Study And Research Of Parents’ Satisfaction With School In People’s Satisfaction Of Education

As the great achievements and progress of construction of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, our country’s education career gets on swimmingly. In2012, the generalsecretary Hu Jintao stressed " do people’s satisfactory education" in the18th CPC NationalCongress, witch pointed out the basic direction of the development of modern education inour country. Therefore, this article will discuss parents’ satisfaction under the vision ofpeople’s satisfaction of education, witch is given the characteristics of the time. In the basicof analyze in theory about "the people’s satisfaction of education", the author comprehendpresent situation of the parents satisfaction through the survey of Changchun C school,putting forward some suggestions.The study based on the questionnaire research, complementing with theoretical methodand interviewing method, exploring the factors what make the negative influence on parents’satisfaction with school. So this paper mainly divided into three parts: the first part is thetheoretical analysis of people’s satisfaction of education, mainly from two aspects aboutpeople’s satisfaction of education and parents’ satisfaction of education. The second part issurvey the parents’ satisfaction of Changchun C School through the questionnaire. Thecollected data is processed by using SPSS, calculating the level of parents’ satisfaction anddoing the difference analysis, to explore such as career, educational background, the maincaregivers, child sex factors how to influence the parents’ satisfaction; The third part is makethe conclusions of parents satisfaction: first of all, the parents’ satisfaction with the school athigher levels, but there is some differences between every aspects of school. Parentsatisfaction with school is highest in qualified teacher’s aspect; Parent satisfaction withschool is lowest in students’ achievement and pressure. Second, parents occupation,education background and child main caregivers, witch have different influence on theparents’ satisfaction. To sum up, this paper put forward two strategies to promote the level ofparents’ satisfaction. The one is strengthen the construction of the school itself in differentaspects, the other one is bring the parents into the school, promoting the interaction betweenfamily and school. In the aspect of school built, points on four aspects: understand schoolculture that improve the environment facilities; strengthen the construction of teachers thatbuilt the school more harmonious between teachers and students; Improve schoolmanagement that have own thinking about education; Light students’ pressure that promotestudents’ ecological development.Finally, it need everyone in the society make efforts to finish the people’s satisfactoryeducation, witch is not only school’ responsibility. Parents also need to keep on learning,enhance their quality and education wisdom to participate and cooperate with the children inthe school. Only school internal ecological factors and external ecological factors completeeach other, can our children healthy growth and have a happy life.
