The Practical Research Of Teaching And Research Activities Based On Problem Solving

With the rapid arrival of information age, there is a new challenge to the traditional teaching mode.How to create the new opportunities for the professional development for teachers? How to promote the professional development of teachers? The school-based teaching research activities play an important role to the growth of the teachers. The effective improvement of the school-based teaching research is beneficial to the teachers’ ideology and academic skills, so as to enhance the professional quality.This study takes action research as the main method, deeply explores and researches the focus on the behavior of the school-based teaching and researches.It initially forms the new patterns of problem solving based on the teaching and research activities, and thus changes the passive teaching situation.It realizes the effectiveness of teaching and research activities,and truly improves classroom teaching effectiveness and teachers’ teaching skills.In the course of practice and exploration in the recent years, we have gradually formed a new pattern:"phenomenon diagnosis--focus--module classification--resource utilization patterns of activity--Exploration of follow up action--internalization".In the teaching and research activities under the guidance of the new mode of teaching research activities, a strong learning atmosphere has been formed, teachers’enthusiasm in the teaching and research activities has been enhanced, the abilities of teachers’controlling the class has been improved, and the students’ motivation of studying has been stimulated.Through the investigation, our teaching and research activity based problem-solving is gradually formed a "theme","series" good situation.And due to the teachers’timely association with their educational and teaching practice,exploration in practice, reflection in exploration, and the improvement of behavior in reflection, the teachers’abilities and professional attainments have been developed.
