People working in the field of education like to introduce their careersin the same way ‘I am an educator’, with no hesitation, no matter they are teachers,administrators or leaders.But the problem is that most of those so called educators whodon’t know what education means. How to educate our the upcoming generation is anunending topic for human beings to discuss.Scholars around the world have differentdefinitions and methods towards education.According to the current situation of geography teaching in China, author used theliterature research, data analysis, field investigation method and questionnaire investigationand collection of related data and content. The conclusions are followed.In this paper, the introduction part, the author introduces the research purpose,research method, innovation points and achievements and the author the framework of thewhole piece of paper.The second part, the author focuses on the theoretical basis of junior high schoolstudents’ interests in learning geography.In the third part, the author mainly expounds the importance of geography subject andthe importance of cultivating geographical interest in learning, and analyzes the differentlevels of interest in class’s and grade’s score on the test table, in order to prove theimportance of interest in learning.The fourth part, the author mainly analyzes the geography teaching on the influencefactors of the students’ interest in learning geography, and collected through theinvestigation of teacher’s teaching behavior and the way the result of the influence on thestudents’ interest in geography learning into table for analysis.The fifth part, the author in the training methods of geography in junior high schoolstudents learning interest puts forward some suggestions.Conclusion part is the full text of a general summary and induction, and proposed the further research problems.
