The present university football league management institution ofSichuan Province is good for the development of university football games, andaccording to plan to cultivate university football players. It’s necessary to change thetraditional football management institution, combine the development of football gamesand higher education, make the colleges and universities to become the important partof Sichuan Province football games’ development. Since1999, China UniversityStudent Sports Association combined with China Football Association to hold ChinaUniversity Football League, Sichuan Division University Football League is a part ofChina University Football League and goes through ten years’ development, it hasalready obtained achievement somehow. But because of the shortage of universityfootball league management of Sichuan Province, it has already limited the wholedevelopment of university football games of Sichuan Province. This study based onresearch and demonstration, and propose to fit the different colleges and universities’peculiarity, promote the popularity of university football games of Sichuan Province,and the measure and suggestion of university football league management system’sreform of Sichuan Province, expecting the colleges and universities of Sichuan provinceto form the wide range of football atmosphere, make university football games ofSichuan Province to become the bridge between university students and elite footballplayers so that promoting the development of football games of Sichuan Province.This study adopts methods of material literature, investigation of interview, logicalanalysis, mathematical statistics and so on, to deeply study and analyse the presentstatus of university football league management institution, being deemed the shortageof the present management institution of university football league of Sichuan Provincethat limited its advantage, the main representation including excessive centralization ofauthority, the sole way of students’ source and personnel training’s mode, imperfectteam construction of coaches, less developed infrastructure, the lack of funds’investment and the absence of commercialized business mode. At the same time,present race system includes some problems, like the shortage of league coverage area, sole grade, low social attention and so on. To improve and perfect present managementinstitution, thus stimulating the passion of different colleges and universities of SichuanProvince, promoting more popularity and improvement of university football games ofSichuan Province.According to the present stage, the whole level of university football games ofSichuan Province, and the current training performance status of different colleges anduniversities of Sichuan Province, taking example by domestic and foreign successfulexperience, thus proposing the measure and suggestion of management institutionreform, including the developed suggestion of training and competition in everyuniversity team, the conceive of university personnel training, the perfect of coachmanagement method, the transformation of functions in administrative department, andcarrying out the operation of university football clubs and industrialization, thestrengthening and perfecting of university football league management institution is theroll booster of university football games long-term development of Sichuan Province.
