Network reading is reading a new revolution caused by the change of the readingtext. As the Internet penetration rate rise, the network reading in young peoplegroups especially in senior high school students shows strong vitality, becoming animportant part of learning and life in high school; but the vast rural areas, but alsobecause of the poor economic conditions, ideological concept old caused theunbalanced development of network reading of high school students. Data shows,18years old students has become an important group of network reading. The features ofthe network reading rich, open and interactive, on one hand, provides massiveamount of reading resources for the reading of senior high school students, on theother hand, there are some disadvantages and hidden dangers. Healthy andreasonable network reading is beneficial to the cultivation of good moral character andhumanity of high school students, network reading resources can promote students tounderstand and love the motherland language, improve the perception of ability, alsocan cultivate students’ information literacy and learning good habits of readingenvironment, network open conducive to the development of innovative thinking,develop reading individuality.In this study, northwest area two County senior high school as an example,through literature review and questionnaire survey, trying to perspective of thephenomenon of rural high school students reading network from six aspects:1the ruralhigh school students on network reading attitude;2rural teachers, parents of highschool students network reading attitude;3network reading effect on language learningrural high school students; network reading the contents of4senior high school studentsin rural areas; experience and evaluation of network language information of5seniorhigh school students; state the way of communication and the behavior of networkreading of6senior high school students in rural areas. According to the surveyresults,analysis and discussion,and summarizes the related problems,to analyze themain causes the problem existed in the network reading in rural senior high schoolstudents. Finally, according to the actual situation of the survey, put forward the related countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the healthy development ofstudents in rural high school reading network, in order to contribute to the teachers,parents and relevant education departments to strengthen the network reading guidanceof high school students.
