| In order to improve the sustainable development of professional level of theprimary and secondary school teachers in the new era, since2009, the Ministry ofEducation, Ministry of Finance jointly launched the “National Teachers TrainingProgramâ€(referred to as “National Training Planâ€).“National Training Plan†is anational training policy, is a national brand image and it is the essentials of theeducation program introduced to implement the major project firstly. In recent years,the academia discussed the importance, model and evaluation of the “NationalTraining Planâ€, and get some research achievement, but on the whole, there are fewacademic researches about this project, and the majority of them are journal articles,the academic dissertation is less, especially about the effect of the “National TrainingPlan†in the junior high school mathematics teachers of the western regions.Therefore, the topic of this study has some practical significance.This study on the basis of sort out the relevant literature, investigate162mathematics teachers in rural junior high school who attend the off-job ReplacementProject study of the “National Training Plan†in Northwest Normal University from2012to2013. This study uses the way of questionnaires and interviews. Throughaccess to relevant information, written questionnaire, the author realized andanalyzed it from these nine aspects to investigate the effect of the “National TrainingPlan†in the junior high school mathematics teachers of the western regions, such asthe situations of trainees, the cognition of the trainees on the “National TrainingPlanâ€, the understanding of the needs for training survey of trainees, helping of thetraining for trainees, trainees views on the training mode, trainees views on therationality of training evaluation methods, the trainees identity of the exports of thetraining team, feedback of trainees at the end of the training, and the evaluation ofthe trainees on the effect of the “National Training Planâ€.The result prove that, Northwest Normal University hosted the “NationalTraining Plan†achieved some results, but in the needs of training, teacher trainingequipment, and other aspects of trainees evaluation methods still need to improve. Finally, the study carried out the countermeasures and suggestions of thedevelopment of the “National Training Planâ€: improve the propaganda of the“National Training Planâ€, improve the survey system of the training needs, set thetraining more scientific and effectiveness, construction the training mode of theteacher as the main participation, organized a outstanding expert team of training,emphasis on the tracking studies after the end of the training.This study aims to provide the theoretical and factual reference to the “NationalTraining Plan†which implement recently in our country, it would be make somecontribution to the development of teachers professional in the western region. |
