“CPC Central Committee and State Council on strengthening youth sportstoenhance youth physical opinions”required to fully understand and make adolescenthealth, to promote youth physical fitness, promote adolescent health, is related to theoverall quality of the Chinese nation and the future of the country’s long-term plan.Physical examination is an important measure for deepening the reform of schoolsports. After20years of reform and development, school sports exam on junior highschool graduates had improved students’ physical fitness, the development of schoolsports have played some results. However, on the other hand, it also brought somenegative effects which is invisible to increase the school’s pressure, but alsoincreased the burden on students. Therefore, to research the junior high schoolgraduates’proficiency examination is necessary.In this study, literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics areused as the research methods, researching some school leaders, middle schoolstudents, their parents and other different groups of21schools of the seven district inUrumqi, aims to implement the "CPC Central Committee, State Council onstrengthening youth sports to enhance young people’s physical fitness," the spirit andthe new curriculum standards, further reform and improve Urumqi sports highschool entrance examination system.Through the survey, the effectiveness of Urumqi sports high school entranceexam achieved mainly due to:1. Enhance the professional quality of the physicaleducation teachers, school sports protection to carry out the work;2. Supervisestudents to participate in physical exercise, students awareness and physical exercisehabits;3. Improve the quality of school physical education, physical activity classes,and enhance students’ physical fitness.At the same time, physical examination in the implementation process are alsoexposed to a lot of questions:1. Exam still exists, physical education andextracurricular sports activities after the exam is inconsistent, there is a fraudphenomenon;2. PE exam. results will not pull the grade; difficult to stimulatestudents’ confidence and interest in physical exercise;3. Project settings monotonous,making it difficult for students to form and exercise habits;4. Scoring enough toquantify, it is difficult to be objective, fair and just, the impact of sports examsmoothly.Asked the following countermeasures and suggestions for the problems:1. Improving publicity;2. Uphold and strengthen the "student-centered" dominantposition;3. Create test database, increase the proportion of optional items;4. perfectfor disadvantaged;5.Enhance students’ psychological counseling; remnantpopulations scoring criteria.6. Introduces minority sports in the classroom workout.
