In order to improve the effectiveness of moral education in universities, explore the ways of moral education method innovation, improve the moral education work artistic quality and interesting and strengthen the pertinence of moral education content and permeability, this paper put forward Chinese hermeneutics theory interpretation method which is based on the moral education aesthetic theory, Chinese culture psychology theory and Chinese words explanation,"referring to a research method that interpret the characteristics of Chinese vocabulary representative pictographic firstly, then deduce the cultural connotation in understandable and vivid language ", and applied it to the moral education in colleges and universities to reduce to the exclusion of moral education of university psychological, stimulate students interest in learning, deepen students’ understanding of moral knowledge and understanding and improve the students’ cultural background, which in a way can play a positive role to improve the effectiveness of moral education.This paper talks about the main contents including the purpose and significance of the study, theoretical foundation and basis, the research status, the application of theory, practice and evaluation, and then carries on the deep discussion and research of Chinese vocabulary interpretation method in the application of the moral education in colleges and universities.Firstly, begin with the reality of current moral education in colleges and universities present situation background, based on the moral education in colleges and universities that need to improve effectiveness, aimed at exploring the ways of development and utilization of resources of traditional culture and innovation and the purpose of rich moral education methods, the paper put forward the study named the Chinese vocabulary interpretation method which applied to the moral education in colleges and universities, understand the present conditions of the related literature research, providing help for experience and guidance on further enrich the theory content. Secondly, this article builds the Chinese vocabulary interpretation method in the theoretical framework of the application of moral education in colleges and universities from the definition, main characteristics, the moral education function,which analyses the Chinese vocabulary related content, enriches with moral education thoughts of Chinese vocabulary related content, strengthens the understanding of Chinese vocabulary thoughts of moral education, deepens the understanding of Chinese traditional culture moral education resources value, and has theoretical guiding significance in proving Chinese vocabulary interpretation method feasible for application in the colleges and universities.Then, the paper analyzed three aspects of the practical and related application theory of the Chinese vocabulary interpretation method applied in the moral education in colleges and universities, which is the application principle, application step and application scope, systematized the theory. At the same time, the paper within the scope of the application lists examples to show part of the Chinese vocabulary in the application of moral education in colleges and universities.Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research, this paper tentatively applied Chinese vocabulary interpretation method to three forms containing college moral education, moral education class lectures, campus culture to demonstrate the effect with practical application, and summarized its deficiency, in the solution to the current status quo of moral education in colleges and universities in order to carry forward and develop excellent traditional Chinese culture moral education resources, innovation and rich moral education methods to play a more active role.
