Ithas a more extensive fitness demand as China’s second largest population inShandong Province, has high on their Sports Fitness Club Service qualitysignificance， This study based on previous research,600as the investigationobjects.Characteristics through the research of SERVPER service quality evaluationmethod and combining the Sports Fitness Club Service, the "Shandong provinceSports Fitness Club Service customer perceived service quality evaluationquestionnaire",Through the investigation of questionnaire, analysis of various factorsaffect the status and quality of service that Shandong province Sports Fitness ClubService quality.In the preparation of "Shandong province sports fitness industrycustomer perceived service quality evaluation questionnaire" process using statisticalsoftware SPSS17.0reliability and validity of the questionnaire was verified, and thesurvey data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regressionanalysis, the description of the Shandong province sports Sports Fitness Club Servicequality status at the same time, analysis influence of different factors on the quality ofservice of Shandong Province.
