Study On The Principle Education For College Students Under The Multi-elemental Value Orientation Background

With the continuous expansion of the gradual deepening of reform and opening up oursociety, the independence, autonomy, changes and differences of the human mind activitykeep growing. Social minds becomes more active and more complex than ever.The values arediversivly exhibited.A variety of cultural thoughts, a variety of interests, value faith surges, which is decidedby various economic components and complicated relation of interest of our country at thepresent stage.In the influences of the multiple values,College Students’ Ideological Status andvalue orientation shows a diversity of characteristics.The facts that mutiple values orientationof college students call for higher education to keep in harmory of discipline in the confilictsof values,keep in consisitent with discipline in mutiple values,pursue self-discipline in rules ofvalues.Discipline education is the key of education which aims to help social subjectsintegrates in society better by means of understanding of the group standard.Higher educationshouldn’t only standardize college students’ violation of rules caused by confilicts of mutiplevalues,but also guide them to practise in the socialist core values in the background ofmutiple values orientation.Mutiple values orientetation have relations with discipline education when "man" isregarded as subject.Mutiple values as an obejective environment and discipline education assubjective methods interact and influence ’students’, which are the subject of education.It isprecisely because of "man" is the subjective initiaitive, which generates the radiativeasscociation between multiple values and discipline education.Mutiple values orientationinfluence the ideas,contexts and methods of displine education.In this paper, on the basis of Marx Philosophy methods,we take education, culture,management disciplines into consideration.On the basis of literature, logical thinking method,system scientific method, questionnaire method are applied to give an comprehensive analysisof importance,current situation and problems of discipline education for college studentsunder the background of multi value orientation.This paper breaks the previous one-way study of discipline education,but combines multi value orientation and discipline education for college students instead.It puts forward the viewthat strengthen discipline education among college students should take socialist core valuesas main line,which carries out is that "harmony but not Sameness" clear the educational value,respect for differences and emphasizing consensus in concept,strengthen the "three advocate",reflects the rich characteristics of the times,the Chinese excellent traditional culture anddiscipline education in content,improve education method to promote the diversification ofmeans of discipline.
