The observation and thinking that summer school children aged4to7at thebeginning of the swimming teaching are widespread problems, some long duration andslow fading, seriously affect the teaching process and teaching effect. This kind ofpsychological problem is emotional problems, according to the anxiety level is dividedinto four kinds of symptoms; Fear, timidity, characteristics of allergy, nervous. In thispaper, we study the data sample has27infants, general reference samples,125(including each age stage), a total of152people.Paper USES research methods: literature, data analysis method, comparativemethod, questionnaire method, observation method. Using multidisciplinary knowledgeas a means of theoretical analysis and experiment. Including psychology: cognitive andbehavioral therapy; Sports psychology: control points, attribution, anxiety, learnedhelplessness, and stress; Children’s developmental psychology: children’s motivationand interest guidance, children’s mental and physical development of swimmingteaching feasibility analysis; Sports psychology: regulation and experimental researchmethod of learning anxiety; Practice: sports training study skills; Physical education:goal setting; Human physiology: water environment and movement ability; Swimming:human body density and water balance, swimming teaching characteristics, phase,requirements and principles. Finally through the adoption of cognitive psychology andbehavioral therapy, sports education goals setting, sports coaching skills trainingmethod principle, emotional psychology filial therapy integrated design such as threedifferent experiments.From the perspective of the experimental results of different against nervous,sensitive, stress the negative psychological problems with the help of the effect isobvious, have overcome the anxiety of different level. But fear samples is too little, andthe way one exit, sample has a timid person quit. Look from the sample the teachingeffect of nine children action master degree is very poor, two of them almost only in situpractice, do not have to swim. Overall skill mastery:152students have four no master,the total success rate98%.
