Compared with the development of China’s College Students’ Association and thewestern developed countries started relatively late, but with the deepening of the reform ofhigher education and rapid development in recent years, the number, scale, type of collegestudents associations has a great development, which plays increasingly prominent role inkinds of In university work. So it is necessary to research the development status andmanagement strategies to college students’ associations, to solve all kinds of problemsexisting in the student association management, to build and improve their comprehensivequality platform for the students, to meet the requirements of the growing social abilityand quality of college graduates, to supplement and perfect the management system ofstudent organizations, and to promote the sustained and healthy development of collegesand universities student organizations.This paper mainly uses three research methods, respectively is the literature researchmethod, questionnaire survey, interview method, and comparison method. In the carefulreview of the related literatures, analyzing the current status of domestic and foreigncollege student association management, and elaborating on the concept, the universitystudent association types, features and functions. The investigation and analysis of multiangle of the present management situation of the Hebei North University StudentAssociation. Five aspects were included in the basic situation of the students, communitycomposition and size, internal management, activities, affects the student associations inthe development of the external factors, which provides the reference and basis for thesorting out and summarizing the existence in the management of Student Association ofHebei North University in paper.At present, the main problems existing in management of student associations inHebei North University are caused by multi campus management difficult, the studentcommunity organizations setting up unreasonable, personnel management, teacher’sguidance, loose poor effect of the content and form of activities, lack of innovation, fuzzyassociation itself the source of funding is limited, financial management confusion, the complexity of the surrounding environment, the protection of measures are not perfect etc..In the view of the above problems, this paper put forward to solve these problemscountermeasures to optimize the external environment, strengthen the construction of thecommunity management, innovation of content and form, promote student socialization,actively use the Internet tools such as five aspects. Through in-depth study of the studentcommunity management strategy, improve the management status quo of Hebei NorthUniversity student organizations, to create a good atmosphere for Students Associationactivities.
