This study takes Taijiquan exercise groups and dance yangko groups as researchObjects which lives in Qingshan Lake Campus of Jiangxi Normal University. Both ofgroups are6and elderly female. Application of plantar pressure measurement systemand plate insoles testing system, obtaining two exercise groups’ gait parameters andsingle foot standing pressure parameter in the states of eyes open, eyes closed. Thepurpose of this paper is probing the different exercise program’ effects on for theplantar pressure and balance on elderly female, providing some theoretical referencefor chose the exercise program of elderly female. The result shows that:(1) Two exercise group shows have the similar pressure time curvecharacteristics with normal adults. Dance exercise group shows significant differencein second foot wave peak of left foot and right foot. Right foot is greater than the leftfoot. During the push-off phase, there is difference pressure in left foot and right foot, which means not beneficial to foot health.(2) Taijiquan exercise group shows have a smoother trajectory of the center offoot pressure, which means it could effectively reduce the peak of local pressure. Twoexercise groups have similar dispersion degree of body centre of gravity trajectory.Taijiquan exercise group shows a better cushioning effect during foot alternatelyswitching.(3) Dance yangko exercise group shows a significant difference in both feet toearea of maximum pressure value and the pressure time integral. The big toe regionand the middle metatarsal area average pressure value have a very significantdifference. The maximum pressure of forefoot region and lateral plantar region has avery significant difference. Dance yangko dance group shows a not uniform around anumber of foot pressure value. The big toe area is easy to cause injury. Taijiquanexercise group shows a not significantly different comparing the pressure values inleft and right. Both foot pressure values are more evenly.(4) In the eyes-open and eyes-closed condition, two exercise groups shows nosignificant difference on single foot support; during open single foot standing, Taijiquan exercise population’ trajectory of center pressure are more focused; duringclosed when standing, Taijiquan exercise group internal and external plantar pressuredistribution are more reasonable.
