| In the background of the Basic Education Informatization and reform of the BasicEducation curriculum, This paper bases on theory and practice of the professionaldevelopment of teacher and network learning community, in order to promote the InformationTechnology Teachers’ professional development, study on the web based professionaldevelopment community of the Information Technology Teacher.This paper adopts the methods of documentary analysis, action research method andinterview method, based on an analysis of the existing research literature,combs thedevelopment history of China’s middle school Information Technology Education andteachers’ professional development systematically. The Information Technology Teachers’professional development structure should contain four parts; they are ProfessionalUnderstanding, Professional Knowledge, Professional Skills and Professional Attitude. Andwith reference to the structure, focuses on the model construction of the professionaldevelopment community model of the Information Technology Teacher on the web based.In order to verify the performance of the Information Technology Teacher s’ professionaldevelopment community model, in the fourth chapter, the study builds community supportnetwork platform, bases on the platform, selects a link of community activities-“with the firstlesson" and six Information Technology Teachers as samples, then carries out the actionresearch. Finally, interviews with six teachers in turn. The results show that: the professionaldevelopment community model of the Information Technology Teacher on the web based hasstronger pertinence; Conforms to the Information Technology Teachers’ professionalcharacteristics; The network support platform is easy to build and use; The Resource is richand comprehensive, communication is fast. For the Information Technology Teachers’professional development, they have great stimulative effect. |
